The Student Quiet Lounge in Nador u. 11 is open particularly for students with young children, for quiet time or nursing in between CEU activities. Students may not leave children unattended on these premises.

There are diaper changing facilities in three locations:

  • Nador u. 9, Ground floor disabled-access toilets
  • Nador u. 9, Second floor disabled-access toilets
  • Faculty Tower, Second floor disabled-access toilets

 

Preschools and Schools in Budapest

Most Hungarian language preschools are state run, with Bölcsőde (nursery) for children up to the age of three followed by Óvoda (kindergarten) until the age of seven. Find more information on international preschools in Budapest.

Inviting Family Members

Students may invite family members to Hungary for the duration of their studies at CEU or for the Graduation Ceremony.
Please note that the CEU Residence Center cannot accommodate families. If you plan to bring your immediate family members, you will need to make an alternative accommodation arrangement.
